High Security Foils
First Level Inspection at Third Level of Security
NanoMatriX offers the most advanced high-security threads and holographic stripe foils, as well as hot stamping and lamination foils. These materials allow for authentication of security documents with national emblems and other features for first level public inspection. Furthermore, the issuing authorities and security printers have the choice to integrate the required security feature directly into the foil.
Security features should be simple to identify but complex to produce for non-authorized parties. Our solutions give you a fully integrated, secure in-house production process.

All these features can be integrated into security threads, security stripes and laminates either alongside or on top of each other.
Applications
Security threads and window threads can be integrated into security papers by security paper mills. Security stripes and laminates can be applied by using commercially available application machines onto paper, plastic or other substrates.

Latent Image Foil
Description Latent imaging is a new technology based on the Radiation Chemistry of Polymers. A unique chemical and radiation treatment creates latent images in transparent polymer films.
Applications
The latent image features can be supplied as secured plastic cards, hot lamination foils, self-adhesive seals, shrink sleeves, destructible latent images labels, latent image foils integrated with holograms.
Benefits
These images remain completely invisible to the naked eye, until viewed through a standard polarizer. The effect is based on deep changes in the macromolecular structure of certain groups of polymers, due to chemical, radiation and thermal processes.
The high-resolution images are highly stable, non-degradable and impossible to imitate or falsify. These images can be applied to a large variety of products, including stickers, tags and labels. Therefore, they are ideal for use in authenticating a wide range of original products that are the target for imitation. The technology can be integrated with other protective means or serve as a stand-alone counterfeit-proof tool.

Holographic Rainbow Pattern Foils
Description
In partnership with the innovation leader in Asia, we provide a rainbow pattern foil which features uniquely uniform brightness and color richness across the whole visible spectrum. Various rainbow patterns are available
- Repeat lengths: up to 1015 mm (24 inch) or less. Most recently, we are able to provide a unique seamless rainbow pattern (without repeat shim line)
- Foil width: up to 780mm
- Roll length: up to 8,000m / roll
- Others: Technical foil specification available upon request
- Special: Invisible micro-writing hidden in the rainbow pattern as a special brand protection features
Applications
Our standard portfolio encompasses lamination foils, transfer foils (water or solvent based), and hot stamping foils with adhesive. The foils can be applied on paper, carton or other substrates. Adhesion properties can be provided upon request.

Holographic Hot Stamping Foil To Top
Description
We provide high quality holographic hot stamping foils with uniform specific release characteristics, adhesion and high brightness holograms. We are able to provide customized holographic patterns, compliant with typical procedures of security hologram originations. Standard pattern for small order quantities are available. All foils can be delivered up to a width of 630mm and 120 m to 8000 m foil per roll.
Applications
Holographic hot stamping foil is used to fulfill many functions at a document, packaging and/or product levels. The purpose ranges from a marketing device for enhanced visual recognition through to a highly effective tool against counterfeiting. Holographic hot stamping foil can be applied using typical application machines. To ensure proper adhesion of the holographic hot stamping foil, we will pay particular attention to the customers' substrate and specify a foil with the appropriate adhesive characteristics. Once these specifications are fixed, our customers can reorder the product with the guarantee of the same quality.

Holographic Scratch-off Foil For Card Application
Description
Our high speed holographic scratch-off foil has been developed in a joint effort with European experts. This foil is designed to be used in high speed rotary application machines, operating at 25,000 to 30,000 cards per hour (paper grade) depending on card substrate quality. We provide customized holographic patterns, compliant with typical procedures of security hologram originations. Standard pattern for small order quantities are available.
Applications
This high speed holographic scratch-off foil can be applied on plastic, coated paper or paper cards. The high speed holographic scratch-off foil is used by various high volume suppliers such as telecom networks operators.
